About

I am passionate about collaboration because it is essential for societies and organisations to function effectively and create a positive impact. The achievements I’m most proud of have always been the result of collaborative efforts. The risks of collaboration failing are high, and the consequences can be severe. That’s why my focus and commitment to learning have revolved around people and the art of working and learning together.

I’ve fostered and promoted collaboration in many community and organisational roles. These range from executive leader to team leader, project manager, specialised senior, and committee roles. As a presenter and facilitator, I have been building capacity in leaders and teams to work well together and build healthy working relationships. I like to use, develop and share powerful models and frameworks. The Map of Meaning framework has a special place in my heart, and that's why it is also featured on this website.
