The services I offer aim to harness, develop and review collaborative efforts and strengthen the collaboration c-suite. This includes:

Provision and design of governance.
Leadership, design and facilitation of collaborative processes and projects.
Facilitation of reflective practices, including leader retreats.
Advice on and design of organisational development processes, including frameworks, policies and procedures, and L&D.

Based in St Helens, a remote Tasmanian community, I primarily deliver services through digital collaboration tools. In-person arrangements are possible with travel and accommodation considerations. St Helens also offers an ideal setting for retreats.
